I was blown away by the design and layout of this store. Everything is nicely designed to simulate a room where you'd be able to arrange the furniture and bedding once you have purchased them.This is very helpful especially for some of us with little ideas on bedroom layouts and bedding etc since we can envision the end design using store layouts.While plenty of products provided are of good quality, their blankets have little variety in terms of size and weight. It would be better to have a feel of each of these in store before you decide to purchase online.

Customer service is great, however, location of this shop is bad... There is literally no parking around the shop, taxis intimidating you around the area, it's very congested and you end up spending time going round and round looking for a safer, better place to park and having to walk a few kms with your parcel, bumping people with your box... It was not a great experience...

Home choice does have good stuff.. however this is one store that overcharge customers..1 pressure cooker, same brand but is 1600 cash and is 1300 at clicks, when you buy in credit it's 150 in 16 months that's like 2100. That's way too high and many people are not paying attention to how much they are really charged for these credits they make

Took my goods back and the gentleman who's sits at the returns is super friendly and efficient! He explained everything to me and I got a message shortly after to say my refund would be processed. He deserves a promotion
