Very bad services I would not recommend anyone I know to send their child into this institution even now I have not received my N6 certificate yet again I completed back in 2019 , when I call they always tell me stories

I spoke to a lady called andiswe who promised to send me information about a course I wanted to do. she then promised to send the info about the course via watsup which she didn't . i called again the following day spoke to a gentleman who promised that this lady will send me info, I waited and still the info was not coming through, called again several times and still nothing. so iam wondering what kind of service am I going to get once I have paid money. what a bad service.

Whoever is in charge of the phone is unhelpful, i want my refund i followed all the procedures and waited for 3 months but still nothing! HIGHLY DONT RECCOMEND THIS SCHOOL!
