They need to get new staff (nurses) as some of them have a attitude problem and don't have the patience or love to look after very old patients that need assistance as they cannot see to there own needs and management seem to take the staff side when you complain. And not the person paying for this extra special service. Think twice before you put your loved one in the clinic

Very well run old age home with lovely meals, so convenient.

My mom was in the clinic, I would Not recommend, staff not up to standard, and with no respect for, crippled people, don't care attitude, dropping people out of bed, leaving people on toliet, forgetting about them, managment, do not take the side of paying patient.I will never forgive them, my mom had very bad bronchitis and the nurse poured water on her head, while bathing and when my mom complained and shouted at her the managment said she should apologize to the nurse!!! She died 1 week later from complications from bronchitis they did not take care. While I was paying extream amounts for this type of care. Don't take your loved ones there my opinion.

The help i received from the clinic staff after my knee replacement was very hekpful indeed, They stood by while i showered and gave gentle assistence in helping me dressAlso a week ago i became quite ill with a very high temp. the clinic attended to me immediately, and i am thankful for their experienced nursing staff i am now fully recovered.There are also plenty activities and a lovely garden and pool areaEden Cresc. is an absalute joy to stay at, i deffinately made the right choice

My Mom has an apartment there and they have a clinic that looks after them when they need medical attention

Eden Crescent Retirement complex is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities, and within walking distance to the beach.The complex is safe with outstanding security. There is a beautiful garden area which includes a well maintained pool. All staff are fantastic and caring towards the elderly.I am pleased to have made the right decision by moving in.
