Service was bad. We had to stand around for a long time before being served, while the staff were chatting to each other. Once we were helped, they didn't even ha e the computer we wanted.

Was very astonished by the knowledge and willingness of the sales person that assist us. By just showing the person an picture we were quickly assisted with the replacement battery for our laptop. Though the product was not available a order was placed and a promise made to have it by Tuesday. He went out of the way to wow us. Great work. Jacquies

The staff is friendly. We were going to collect some stuff that was already ordered by a colleague (Specifically Writable DVD's, DVD cases of two different types) and we got what we wanted without any huddles.

I went in there for application installation and I was told to that they were fully booked so my laptop would take maybe a day or two. Less than two hours later, I get a call to come collect my laptop. Fastest service I ever got. The staff was also nice.
