Victor, the owner is the worst. He could not find a solution to the expensive cream linen suite I brought to his shop. First it was lost and could not be found, I had to return another day.When they finally found it, they had bleached it and it was 2 toned with bits of pink in it. They had clearly mixed it with something pink!! Victor didn't care that I had spent R12 000 on this suite and have had it for over 10 years. He wasn't bothered.I will never come back to this place.Don't take anything valuable there unless you want it PERMANENTLY damaged. Izza (the lady that works there) is really sweet and tried her best to help me but who ever does the dry cleaning does not know anything about fabrics.Victor, I am very disappointed in how you handled this.I would have posted a picture but I have taken my suite to be dyed another colour to fix the damage these guys have done.Very annoyed and just deeply disappointed
