Pleasant and friendly staff assisted quickly and loaded my car.

Be very careful about handing over your money to these guys before delivery and quality check on your part. Have placed two orders with these guys and both were substandard. Aside from wrong delivery (wrong sizes at first), items were missing from both orders (although they were supplied later, still delaying completion). Biggest problem though is the lack of quality control, poor quality of cupboards, and now no feedback or response from them when they realise it is a quality issue. Really helpful, friendly helpers and didn't make me wait for anything

Everytime I go there I wonder why I went and keep saying I won't go again. Silly me. I only needed 6 m of edging and Gelmar only sold in large rolls. Well I ended up (doing the math) paying 10X more than I could have. Heck I could have bought the roll at Gelmar and had 44m left at double the price but as said only needed 6m. Timber city, I really don't like you guys, always one issue or other.I have provided you my email address, with a further aggravation of having the wrong thickness supplied despite presenting your staff with a sample. I look forward to your response if any... as per your response.Well nothing surprising. After 2 ticket numbers" and left contact details Timber City Alberton still stays silent days later.It's now 8 days later and still no response."

Big thanks to Sheldon and Damian, these two gents do not hesitate to go the extra mile, each and every time. They are a great asset to this business and a lot of youngsters can learn from them when it comes to client service. If you need something done ask for Sheldon or Damian, they are not scared to get their hands dirty!

Twice I've ordered from them, both times my cutlist was wrong. The sizes of the wood on both times was out. Some of it as much as 5 mm.The staff is very friendly, and willing to help, but at the end of the day the quality of the work is what matters!!!

Got there 13:20 apparently they can't help with counter strips cause staff have left.

Service is not what it used to be and noting is marked correctly on the shelves.
