Great service when it comes to getting what you need. They have some great brand deals that will go great if you are a harry potter fan. Always fun to walk into their store and see the new designs

We arrived at the store at 17:17 and they told us it’s closed and the staff wasn’t even friendly,and on the website it says they close at 7pm I don’t understand why don’t they change it cause it’s totally unacceptable driving from Pretoria North to get such a service. poor not happy at all

Probably one of the worst Mug Collections to buy. Chips and breaks even with the smallest bumps. Even delicate washing and they mugs touch chips falll from the top and bottom. Rather buy something else

A wonderful shopping experience! You're greeted the moment you enter the store, always a good sign. Store assistants are always available to offer advice, but unobtrusive. You get the feeling that they really want to be of assistance, not just doing their job. I had great service from Ayanda, she also beautifully wrapped my purchase, I felt like I was treated like royalty when exiting the store. Keep it up Le Creuset, great service is what set you apart from ordinary shops. I'll be back to support you again in future.

Menlyn Maine Le Creuset is excellently stocked with very friendly service. Quality of the products is sublime. Worth the price it is offered at. Post Christmas bargain hunting was a huge plus.
