I went earlier today waiting for someone to come after pushing the button 3 times and waiting so I left and went back a few hours later at 2.30pm. It was quiet and yet no one came to assist after pressing the button 20 times. A Kauai worker came and walked right passed me then about 2 minutes later came back to me with a look of anger on her face. I ordered a cappuccino but I decided to just leave because she is probably going to spit in it. I always tip but I thought let me just go. Hope she enjoys my cappuccino instead!

Drinks ate very healthy and the staff are pleasant. My only complaint is that sometimes, their system is offline and if you're using and vouchers, they don't redeem it. This is undesirable if you have a a voucher that is about to expire.

I really enjoy the food here. Honestly, this is my motivation to come and gym! I train and afterwards i enjoy an amazing meal from kauai. Great service and yumy drinks and food!

Food is excellent. Location poor hidden inside the gym. Have to stand outside and wait. Poor system for operation. It's a slow painful process.

Worst kauai ever! Everytime I go to this place they offline to use the discovery app , smoothies have low quality products and the taste of the smoothies are not like the other kauai I've been to , it's disappointing that you pay so much only to get low quality peanut butter in the smoothies and so forth.

I've eaten spicy baritoes all over SA and the Richards Bay branch hits different, definitely making it with love . Still the best meal in the bay.
