Service is pathetic!Staff are totally unprofessional & are certainly unskilled as far as customer centricity is concerned.When I called to enquire about having some wood cut to required length, I was led to believe that it would be available to collect immediately.Turns out they have limited wood-cutting times as I discovered when I arrived at the store. I was therefore forced to collect the next day......This isn't solely the reason for my low-rating review though.

Ridiculously slow service, both in store ordering items (30 minutes) and actually receiving them (1 month), items not in stock - could not tell me what was in stock or eta on when board would arrive. A store where they cannot tell you what they can sell you or how long it will take. Waited 1 month to receive a simple piece of laminated chipboard. Did not even bother to let me know that item had arrived once it finally did. Find somewhere else.

Poor service from some staff members. Promised my order to be delivered within 7 working days and 9 days later I am still waiting on it. They don't even have the decency to communicate the reason/s for the delay.
