People choose the Ingwe option because it is all they can afford but all the network doctors and Moment treat its members like they are homeless strays. No ethics, professionalism and no compassion.ingwe is not the best option as hospitals treat ypu terribly when you need to ve admitted. Poor students and poor people.

The Momentum staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Registration took only 5 minutes and a lovely nurse came to our car to vaccinate us and issue the certificates. We were very pleasantly surprised with the professional treatment received.

If you want your medication paid for by the medical aid, you have to use useless and under curatorship Medipost pharmacy who uses even more useless and incompetent Skynet couriers. So 10 days later, I am still awaiting my diabetic medication. When I phoned to find out if I can take my script to another phatmacy, I was told by the most incompetent Momentum Staff member that Medipost can deliver it to another pharmacy, but it has to be Medipost. Its like me going to a random Docter's surgery and asking them if my Docter can come and see me there. The sheer incompetence and patheticness leaves one speechless.

Thieves and scam artists.I canceled my medical aid scam" that I had with them on July 8th 2022!As per their "agreement" it meant that I would need to give 30 days notice.Fair enough

Terrible company terrible app! They didn't cancel my membership on time and I was still billed!Then after finally cancelling it they refunded me too much!!!Now they act like it's my fault and I didn't pay!Most incompetent bunch ever!They cannot be trusted with your money avoid at all costs and seek an alternative as soon as possible!!!!

Received sms this morning for my Covid 19 vaccination.Arrived at the rooms at 09:40.Was done by 09:50.Had to wait for.15 minutes, as perprotocol, in the event of any after effects.That was the entire process was seamless.Staff was outstanding.Very polite, professional and caring, mixed with lots of laughter.Whoever needs their vaccination, should get themselves to the Momentum Medical Covid Suite.In Allanmande Road, off Tecoma Road, near Cornubia Shopping Mall.

Glad I read some reviews, as Momentum was recommended from the school I'm attending. I'm glad the website doesn't work so that you can't access information about the various options, nor the auto quote function, and that after reaching out to contact customer service 4 times to no response, I finally have all the answers I need about this company.Find a better one to entrust my health to.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Requested a travel letter for my mother (68yrs) and it took 2 phone calls on 2 different days 25 minute duration to get it done. Jumping through hoops.

Very disappointed with the level of service received. I have to call several times to receive incomplete information and incorrect. One person saying one thing and when I call again they say another.Am I getting the best doctor within my plan because they send me a list that didn't include all the doctors? Am I getting to use my full benefits because they didn't mention everything? Should I call again and again asking the same questions to see if I have received everything? Am I being covered because they only respond to half the quote from the doctor?This is not an isolated incident so I cannot even give the benefit of doubt to maybe that one person I spoke to was having a bad day. NO. Every single interaction via telephone and email has been incomplete or incorrect over several weeks and being in contact with several people. So what is the reason for such unbelievable unprofessional service? Do you hire anyone off the street with no education and don't train them? Is it your poor quality system that you created that cannot be understood by your staff?A big part of insurance is peace of mind and if I could rate this it would be 0 out of 5. When I tell people of what I have gone through with Momentum Health they are shocked at how one of the largest health insurance companies in South Africa can conduct business in this manner. I would never recommend anyone to Momentum and I would warn against them as I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I have been through.

Claims department is useless, I never get any response.Being with momentum is a complete waist of money as we pay monthly and the moment we make a claim it takes forever to come through and often less than what you claimed with now reason. If you want a reason you have to spend 30 minutes if the phone to get nothing or every time we phone we get a different answerThere is zero consistency from anyone we have ever spoken to.I highly recommend using anyone else
