I'm absolutely dissapointed in the service this company has provided or should I say failed to provide. Upon contcting the owner for a reprint of my policy I'm am faced by complete incompetence. They promised a time of delivery and I have been there several times after this as well to nothing being done for a month. I have a good mind to further report.Do not recommend at this point!

I have taken funeral policies with this company. When I called the office to find out about the status of my policy the owner just doest answer my calls or sms. He never returns my calls and have no answers to my request. Very poor service and no business ethics.
