It's The service for me.. Came here to look for a part, and because they don't keep parts at the workshop, the owner organised transport to send me to a nearby spares. That's a 10/10

Went there on the 12/12/2022 to get a quote and I was told it will be emailed to me & I paid , haven't received it until now . So much of an inconvenience that I need to go back and ask for it again.

Horrible horrible customer service…u never ever receive feedback if u follow up and are nagging they will insert wrong parts and u will be back to them again in 2 days ..back and forth all over…wheel alignment takes 2 months

Their services is very poor, incompete, they put old R/R Fenderliner of which they claim for new R/R fender liner, R/R door rubber still pending,how I wish our insurance company could do survey to their clients, there are so many people who had complaints about S and K panel beaters

I'm not satisfied about lack of communication and not fulfilling promise's. 2ndly I'm so disappointed as my car battery was changed and given old battery. My car doors can't lock.But due to the way I have experienced I've decided to fix for myself all the problems encountered.

I highly recommend this Panelbeaters. They are the best in mthatha. My car was fixed in just under a month. With one of their team members updating you regularly. Their painting is perfect. My car is as good as brand new. Thank you S&K team. Keep up the excellent work.
