Magic Flower cleaning

I'm actually not Stanley Wilson, I'm his daughter who hired Mayflower. The initial contact was extremely positive. The office sounded professional, rates were good, and my cleaner was arranged for 09h00. On the day, a lady arrived at 07h30, who was a connection of their lady they'd originally booked to come to me. This lady wasn't even on their books. I sent her away. In Mayflower's favour, they were very apologetic, and offered to send someone else the Monday, but I did need it done that day for new tenants. Luckily, our gardener was also a cleaner. I'm sure Mayflower has improved this situation since then, as the office does seem very professional. I can imagine they also deal with staff issues.
