Absolutely love this place! Every single thing on the menu is delicious and the staff are so sweet. The bar ladies are also super talented and they make some of the best mocktails in Johannesburg. Bring friends, pick some board games and enjoy your meal. Never disappointed with this one.

I've never eaten authentic southern food before so I can't benchmark this, but man, their food is good!Absolutely loved the fried pickles, and the mash was amazing too. The fried chicken, while fantastic, wasn't anything terribly out of the ordinary.Their cocktails are superb too!Love this place for brunch or dinner!

We had a horrible lunch here.The food is all deep fried, even the chicken in the salad were deep fried.The chips were smothered in Cajun spice, which doesn't make them Cajun, just grossly over spiced.The service is slow, yet uncaring and untrained. They never bothered to take the menus back, they left all the empty cans and plates right there on the table.No wonder this place is empty.They had never heard of balsamic vinegar here (What? Garlic vinegar?")

A really cool concept for a restaurant! The service was good and staff are friendly. The food is good and I recommend the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich! There are several board games that you can play while you wait for your food and the bathroom has a disco button! Very fun

Louise and Anna is a quaint restaurant in Craighall, that serves the most delicious food. It’s Southern creole food taken from Louisiana (get it Louise & Anna) brought to Jhb. I don’t think I’d be exaggerating if I said this was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. We ordered drinks on arrival and proceeded to order various dishes, chicken waffles, beef gumbo, lobster shrimp Mac and Cheese. The service was great, and the manager so kind and friendly. I would suggest booking ahead as the restaurant is not too big. If you want they have board games on offer for a fee while you dine. I will definitely be going back to try more dishes on the menu.Food 5/5Service 5/5Ambiance 5/5

Lovely food and drinks spot that serves Southern American dishes. The ambience of the place is amazing, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and will be going back to try out some more dishes with a group of friends to enjoy the board games the offer. Only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because my crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy at all and neither was my partner’s, it was very tasty and flavourful. I was looking forward to it being crispy and it wasn’t. The beignets was also VERY disappointing, I have had better. Overall a great place with friendly staff. Definitely do try.

One of my new favourite spots. There is nothing like this is Jozi! The decorations are fantastic and, alongside authentic blues and classic rock and roll music, creates a vibey atmosphere. There's even the option to play some board games if you are so inclined. The cocktails are delicious and there are several original takes on some classics. The biggest seller here is the food. The food is absolutely fantastic. Generous portions packed with flavours and authenticity make this a dining experience that is worth returning for!I will come again and again and again!

The food was good. The lobster Mac and cheese required a bit more salt and the beacon cheese burger was good and juicy.The waitron, was hardly seen and the overall interaction with with the waitron was not pleasant.So great food, however terrible service.
