Buying a mattress isn't an easy task, especially when you are looking to sleep better. The sales representative, Micayle, made that easy for me. He was just wonderful. If great customer service was a guy, he is the guy. He gives all his attention to understand your sleep needs and patiently assists you with trying out the mattresses on display. + I'm happy with my new mattress.

Absolutely the worst possible customer service received from the Olivedale branch from Zelda , Neo and team.Made an order on the 17th of February and paid in full for a mattress and base to be delivered in early March. Only received the mattress and have been promised the base week after week but still nothing. It's been over a month!There is no communication at all from the branch . I have to physically go into the store to get an update as their phones do not work and they don't seem to know how to email. They only phone to check with the warehouse once I'm in store. They still don't have a date when I will receive my base.Extremely dissatisfied and will not use or recommend to anyone to use.

Adiel was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was well aware of the specs of what I ordered. Even though most times he couldn't get a hold of me he made sure to try every means of communication available. Very pleasant as well.

Neo Ramarumo is an amazing professional. She kept me updated and whilst the delivery was a bit late. She was communicative and so helpful. She made me comfortable that all would be delivered when she advised. She is the first customer services professional I have felt positive about in a long time. I thankfully have the matress and bed base and loving them.
