OMNIA Logistics (Australia)

Very impressed with the service from Omnia. We use them regularly for freight forwarding but know of others who use their storage and warehousing facilities that are equally impressed.I’m not sure if these guys ever sleep as they always seem to be available to reply to emails or calls no matter the time of day.Staff are always helpful and polite, able to explain shipping terms and offer recommendations we would not have thought of otherwise. Highly recommended.

Great customer service but most importantly OMNIA do what they say, when they say they will do it. Shipping can encounter unforeseen circumstance and when they have arisen OMNIA have communicated well and proactively worked on solutions. Highly recommended.

Warning to all. Do not use omnia logistic in australia. Its a total scam. The guy told us he has a team but it turns out he is a one man show. He has held around 100 boxes of my product for months and he doesnt ship it to my friend or to amazon. And i lost the summer sale for my top selling products because of it... Not responsive to emails and calls. A friend of mine went there personaly and after finding him,he refused to release the goods and said we need to pay first. Which is fine but we have been after him for weeks and he doesnt give us a bill to pay and get our stuff. Possibly trying to drag it out to get more storage money from us. We are getting a lawyer on monday to sue him for damages and get our stuff back But i thought i let others know about this scam of a business...This is him. He apparantly changed name of company recently. When my friend went there there was nobody in the warehouse.everything was open.we had to ask the neighbors to call him and ask him to come.

I had exceptional service and genuine help from Jon. He has been so patient and thorough, explaining the logistics for my business. Jon has extensive knowledge and provided alternate ways to over come a challenge i was having. Highly recommend OMNIA Logistics if you need support with your business .. big or small, Jon will look after you. Greatly appreciate all your help Jon!

In regards to my dealings with Jon he has always conducted business in a professional and friendly manner while maintaining honesty. Anytime there was an element to the industry I didn’t understand, he was more than happy to explain things which assisted me greatly.
