What a joke. Service department from Hisense is the worst. Do not buy any Hisense products as when there is a problem they will not give you any support. Using stupid people to answer your calls and when they can't help they just send you to a robot asking questions like How do you rate our service agent?"Wish google would let me give them a ZERO star."

I've really enjoyed the TV I purchased from Hisense and even promoted their products to friends and family. However, the service I have received from their call centre and service centre to repair my TV under warranty has been shocking to say the least.Here is the background:* My TV was checked-in for the second time with same issue of back-light being blown within the space of 2 months. Each time taking 10 working days to fix and a total of 20 days where I did not have a TV.* I received my TV back from their service centre and set it up again and the WIFI function on the TV keeps switching off when I activate it. I bought the TV for its streaming function so the at this point I still can't use it.* My details on you system is wrong, my number was incorrectly logged as and I advised of this multiple times and the change was never been made. This meant I got no feedback and I had to constantly inquire about the progress.* I requested that the TV be replaced due to this being the second time this fault has occurred under warranty and yet I was a told that it would be repaired.* When the TV was repair and ready for delivery, or lack there of, I was advised by the call centre that the TV would be delivered to my residence on Wednesday and when I followed up on Wednesday, I was told that it would be delivered Thursday. I called to follow-up again on Thursday to arrange that I would be home to receive it only to find out that the TV won't be delivered, instead I needed to collect it. Which I didn't need to do the first time.* Now that the WIFI function isn't working, I've tried to speak to a technician to help me resolve this. I was told yesterday that a technician would come out to my residence to assist today, but when I follow-up the Technician was on leave and would rather call me. Which never happened. I logged a call with the call centre and was told that they would log a call with a technician who would only get back to me in 3 working days. Today is Friday, so I will only get a call next week Wednesday at this rate. Lastly, I asked to please speak to a manger so that I could escalate this. I was told the manger was in a meeting and I left my details to have the manager call me back - I'm still waiting. I also email their support contact, which the agent confirmed was received yesterday, but I still haven't received a response.I was happy with the service after the first time the fault was repaired, but I've now lost confidence in the product and I'm shocked by the lack of service and follow-though from your support centre and call centre.

I purchased about 1 month ago and we had a accident with the oven door and 2 knobs. After 3 weeks of struggling, we paid for the oven door and knobs and delivery. They delivered the knobs and NO oven door. I phoned the courier and he says that is all they gave them. I need to speak to Hisense. All Hisense says is send a email and I get no response. It's costing me a fortune phoning and nobody is willing to help.

I have gone through two fridges in 2 days with Hisense. The staff number 1 are horrific at Makro, there is always an excuse why they cannot help me.13th Jan I bought a fridge, HS690ss-idl that the door did not close properly. After back and forth with Makro someone came to collect the fridge. There was no stock of this fridge at any of the Tafelburgs, Hirschs ect. So I had no choice but to upgrade my fridge to the black mirror one that is more expensive. 2000 more. But they could only deliver my fridge the next day.All my food went bad, 3000 down the drain.Makro could not help me with any delivery today the 14th of Jan, so I had to hire a trailer and personally go and collect the fridge. After letting it sit for 4 hours I turned it on and the following issues started- water not dispensing from thr spout.- Led light in freezer not turning on- ice machine not working- display flickeringThe is now fridge two that cost 2000 more.I called Makro who again said they cannot help me. So I told them tomorrow I will come and collect a new fridge, and some people to help me put the fridge in my house. Then see if fridge 3 works. Then at my own expense deliver the broken fridge back to Makro.I am so frustrated by the defective products from Hisense. I have no other way to turn now because it looks like no one actually cares that the fridge is not working.I would appreciate if there is someone that can actually help

1 star is too high a rating for the poor and incompetent so called service from Hi Sense, no feedback, unable to speak to any manager resulting in more than a year to date to replace a defective fridge freezer, absolutely useless. I will never recommend anyone to buy a hi sense product. After a year I still have a defective fridge freezer in my kitchen

What started out as a very pleasant journey three years back, purchasing 2 Hisense LED televisions, completed the registration for the additional one year warranty… turned horribly sour last month.I contacted the Hisense call centre. Completed and sent all documentation for a repair on of the televisions. A technician was appointed. Then, on the 15th of November, the technician collected the television set.After numerous calls to the Hisense call centre (proof of long conversations can be added), I was put on hold for up to half an hour, I was promised that my television set would be delivered either Friday, the 2nd of December or Saturday, the 3rd of December. That clearly was not the case.Today, Monday 5th, after 4 fruitless calls to the call centre (call centre agents really were not helpful in anyway), i was told that none of the agents could get hold of the accredited technician that THE COMPANY appointed. And all the managers were apparently in a meeting when I asked to speak to a supervisor.I was told that if Hisense was able to repair my television set, I would have it back in my possession within 3 weeks of the day it was collected. It was confirmed that my television was repaired and was supposed to be delivered. But, to no avail.Kindly assist in resolving this trivial dispute by ensuring that I receive my television set within 24 hours.

Do not buy Hisense. Your customer service is a joke, non-existant. 9 days, 16 emails, countless calls and I still do not even have an appointment for a technician to fix my 3yr old washing machine.

Worst products ever. Wasted my money on phone that did not even work for a month. I should have known from the start how poor the products are when the sales person seemed very reluctant to sell the product.Save your money and do not buy any Hisense products.
