The security guard is such a kind man.It's my first time here and I'm here to get a cover with them.My only problem with this establishment is that there were only 2 tills open, the security guard had to explain different things to different people who walked in. That meant that he had to leave us mid conversation to tend to other people.Once that was done we were told to wait on a queue, people who came after us were now ahead of us. (mind you it was just 1 person).It took forever, I've been in a queue for over an hour and that's not an exaggeration.Technically only 1 till is open, the other one is being attended to by someone who has been dealing with 1 person for way over an hour.The one that's moving at a snails place is being attended to by someone who does not even want to be here, she is amazing slow.They seem to use a manual system rather than inputing your details into the computer.Still here.Into enhle imoshwa abantu. In this case abantu are the employees.The only wonderful person here is the security guard.
