Firstly went to Winston Rd, as the correct address has not been updated on Google.No signage at new premises,drove right past 3 times.Only had to use supastraight because they were affiliated" with my insurance. Spent 2 weeks without my vehicle because they took so long with it. Phoned numerous times for follow up and was ignored twice for 2 days after being promised a follow up call.Eventually Robyn took control and managed to give me answers and sorted everything out.They are too busy with insurance deals

Worst panel beater that I have had to deal with. Incompetent initial appraisal lead to excessive delays in repairs. Rude, belligerent staff bereft of accountability. It has taken over two months to repair pothole damage to a single tyre. I'm very disappointed in Outsurance for referring us to Super Straight.

This must honestly be the worst panel beater. I am not usually a moaner l, but I have warn you not to dare use them. They were out insurance companies preferred choice, but oh my word, what a disaster! The courtesy car they offered, after 6 weeks and counting of having my car. Has a smashed windscreen, scrapes and scratches, dings all over it. For a panel beater I think it speaks for itself. Stay far away!

Firstly they move premises n don't tell you secondly communication is poor never return calls car given back to you not cleaned n in a dirty condition certain individual are very abrupt have a don't care attitude outsurance referred me to them never again I will take my vehicle to them picked my car up my bonnet still not sorted awaiting new bonnet over all I would give them a minus 2 rating 3 things they need to work on communication politeness n presentation what surprises me is that outsurance actually deals with people like this

If you want to be frustrated, this is the place.Phones are always engaged.When they tell you they will call you back, you won't receive a phonecall.Any arrangements for picking up is not good...I waited approx 1 hour at the airport after arranging the times with them the previous day.Phone etiquette is aweful.

The reception lady told me that the assessors have left and I must come back tomorrow twice while the lady who is an assessor was standing near the counter. Only to come back and the car be assessed by her. I actually never came back to repair the car as this was very unprofessional conduct

THIS IS THE WORST PENAL BEATER IN PIETERMARITZBURG!!!!They move locations without notice to the vehicles that have to be fixed, The service is horrible they don’t wash your vehicle when you come to pick it up they don’t have pride with their work I swear they are just doing this for the money that’s it . If your insurance company sends you to this place change insurance companies completely!

Ey, this place, they are professional, helpful, quick and fast. They communicate well customers they are friendly and reasonable prices. I was very satisfied with their job, my car was 100% after work done on my vehicle, I am so great full.
