if you are black & Want to do business with these guys i suggest right away you find alternative people, quotes to our kind take forever or not at all & they dont tell you that they dont take you or your business seriously,but string you along sooo much you discover it for yourself,its a no from ME.

Honestly...the BEST place you can go to get things done right. The tight deadline was met without any problems, they handle pressure well and professionally and the staff are extremely kind and understanding. Its just a shame that I waited this long to finally write a review. Well done!

Great service! I phone a few engravers in my area and Jakaranda Engravers was the only one that could ensure that the engraving would be done in the time frame I had. The best of all it was done early than expected! Thank you.

These guys still need to learn the meaning of customer service. I was in the area and decided to pop in. They sat around doing nothing..when i asked to have 2 names cut out they told me I should write it down and they will design it and then they will come back to me with a price. When I asked for an estimate on wooden cut out names approximately 10cm they said they will send me a quote. After its approved and paid for then I can come back and get it... Next time Ill just go to our usual place, where i can pop in. The guy helps you immediately... he puts the image on the computer and in less than 15 minutes its done. Now I understand the one star rating these people had.

Although I know engravers are many times fully booked, I still called and pleaded for assistance as I needed something engraved while I waited. Jakaranda Engravers were very busy, but they still pushed me in and did a marvelous job with engraving a watch for me! They are not only professional in their dealings, but also respects their customers. I will definitely drive the distance to support them!
