Service was terrible when i did the booking and i was not told that the Reception is closed on weekends and i was checking in on a Sunday as per my fully paid booking to my ....knowing Greenway woods and the top service it used to give i'm highly dissaopointed it wasn't my 1st time nor 2nd time being at Greenway woods but never again

One room self catering apartment. Clean, sufficient cutlery etc. Grounds are well kept. Massive gym for fitness enthusiasts. Pool clean. Hotel and bar closed but resort was quiet. Enjoyed my stay

Fantastic place. Just a shame security did not reprimind/stop bunch of people in flat around no 26 to stop drinking and playing loud music contineouly during chrismas week end....what a shame towards a well maintained complex....

Needs better upkeep, Bottles without soap, Shower cap is broken with water spraying all over, Plugs in the house not working, There is not Wifi,No vicinity to buy a pack of Ice (example). I understand Covid was an influence, but at least try to keep a level of service to not let your ratings drop more than it is already.But its a very nice place and i wish you all the best and Blessings, Its a really nice resort to have.

My husband and I stayed there for 7 days in November last 2021 and the overall experience was pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast we had every morning was delicious and the resort was peaceful. The two bad things were the wifi as it only worked on day one of our arrival and on the last night of our stay. Also our linen was not changed for the duration of our stay, so that was a huge NO for us, but other than that the room was very clean.

Staff unprofessional. Trying to force us out at 15:00 on Sunday 20 February whereas we were booked until 21 February. Room was dirty. No soap or shampoo in shower. Towels very old and full of holes as big as golf balls. King size bed fitted with double bed linen. Dinning room overcrowded. Only 5 TV channels indication that they do not cater for Rainbow nation. No manager or housekeeper available.No value for money. Cannot recommend to the next person.
