I booked a helicopter trip for my husband's birthday. My plans changed and had to push the south africa trip to later this year. I emailed the company to cancel the booking within the free cancellation period. The company did not return the money.Update: I have received the refund now. I also understand there has been extenuating circumstances from the team dealing with refund which led to a much delayed process, but we got there in the end.
