The best & happiest pharmacy in Africa.They stock everything. Friendly and extremely helpful staff and pharmacists. Never again will I use the big chain impersonal pharmacies. Cannot rate highly enough. Worth a few minutes extra drive if not local to you as their service already makes you feel better. Extended opening hours also convenient for late night shopping/emergencies.Also free delivery of prescriptions to the Atlantic Seaboard.Excellent.

Sunset Pharmacy is one of the few pharmacies where, when you walk in you get greeted not only by the staff but even by the security. Customers to this pharmacy get a very individualized experience and attention. It doesn’t matter who you are, nor what your needs are, Sunset Pharmacy and its team (nursing staff and security included) will treat you well. There is something about the greeting I get from every single person there, receptionist included, that makes me feel a little better about my day, every time I visit.The Sunset pharmacy team go out of their way to deliver great customer service; And my most memorable moment there was sitting in the queue to see the nurse, and a pensioner sitting next to me had asked the pharmacist (named Robin) walking past us if he could just help her get something from a shelf, and rather than just pointing the way to the item she needed, he said “no problem! please sit” and proceeded to go get the item for her. It was not the pharmacist’s job to necessarily do that for her as there was a team on the floor who handle these tasks, but he still graciously helped her get what she needed without her having to leave the queue. The level of service that that small customer service experience showed me, solidified Sunset pharmacy as a place to highly recommend for their service delivery, and ensured that I would definitely return.

Staff are overly agressive in their monitoring. They follow you around the store watching you like you are a thief. It's unnerving.

Nice helpful people . Cashiers couldn’t stop laughing and were joking amongst each other , was so different. I was assisted by the pharmacist and left there very satisfied

Great service from Carol...promised to phone me when an item came in and she did so promptly. So promptly, in fact, that she hadn't yet packed the item on to the shelves when I got there shortly after her call.Fantastic service!

We were in the area on holiday and needed some meds. We try support smaller Pharmacies where we can and highly recommend Sunset Pharmacy. While I appreciate it is probably not easy to diagnose and give OTC meds correct all the time, on this occasion it was spot on! Thank you!

I have to give 1 star.. They don't stock baby formula. The reason given was that they expire.. I mean, have they look around? They sell food but not baby formula? The expiration date is like over a year. It's very insulting to mums that have to give formula. I'm not the only one upset here, the pharmacy is known because of that too. From here I do demand a revision of this matter from the manager. Babies need to eat.

We were helped by Cynthia tonight with a flat battery in our car remote. Absolutely lovely woman. Got us a screw driver and everything to put the new battery into the remote.We need more people like you Cynthia.
