Rude ConsiltantsNot explaining things clearly. When you ask Questions they reply with “I don’t know” type of answers. It was just a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend Telkom witbank for anyone.if you desperately need Telkom services, try other branches

Horrible. I took a phone last week on contract and it came with a smart watch. One week later the smart watch does not work and I'm told there's no warranty its supposedly a free gift. But they agreed to book it in will see how it goes. Lesson learned for future always enquire.

The consultant that helped me was rude and I had to ask questions about information he had to give me without asking. The guy kept talking to his colleagues while assisting me making it difficult to engage with him. It took two visits to get my matter resolved which was a long time for a sim swap which can be done within minutes. I was not impressed at all.

Friendly staff always willing to assist. I visited the shop 3 times this year. Every visit was a success that made me happy a lot. I rate them 5 stars for their kindness, their willingness to help. I am stuck with them. Thank you telkom staff keep it up.
