Empty promises made. Also, a certain agent dealt with is extremely unprofessional. Management does not seem to care. Ended up purchasing my property with a reputable agency, completely different service level.

Rented a property from ingwe Property (Stanley Jili), I gave notice 12months later, we moved out he could not meet me to hand over the key so I left it with a neighbor he acknowledged and collected the key and said we will receive our deposit on the15th, on the 15th when I ask him where is my deposit he tells me we need to do an exit inspection, he had the key for 3 weeks did not make any contact with me, now ingwe does not want to pay me back my money. Terrible service from an incompetent man.
