Great choice, good prices and amazing service! Very impressed. I bought everything I needed for my puppy, the manager consulted me about each and every product and gave me advice what I need and what i should buy later. I'm very thankful.

Good choice, friendly advice, and for the most part, much better prices than competitors.I was a bit disappointed with a rather expensive hamster wheel they sold - it fell apart after only 3 months because the bearing had broken. They replaced it free of charge. Let's hope this one lasts longer. It's already a bit loose after a few days.I've taken the 5th star away because on some items (including this hamster wheel) the price and the quality are mismatched.Edit, 17 May 2018: the replacement hamster wheel did last longer, but has now also fallen apart. Another star removed.

Great pet shop! They have a wide variety of items on offer for any kind of pet that you can think of. I went looking for a new water bottle for my fancy rats and came out with a bunch of toys, treats, bedding and cage accessories. All if the animals in the store were well looked after and they gave good advice on owning rats, which is something most pet shops really dont know about. If tou are in the area, do pop by and have a browse for anything your fur babies might need.

I think they have a great variety of general pet products , staff is all very friendly.We did not have a good experience with buying beautiful Show guppy's from this store, we should have walked away when we noticed an entire tank of fish was left lifeless at the bottom, we had to show the staff. All the fish we bought here started dying and were all gone by day 3. White fungus or fin rot on all of them. But the fish I bought from the Menlo Park branch are all still healthy, but we are still monitoring them for this highly infectious fungi. Not a great experience for us by Glenfair , not sure if we will go back. We mentioned the problem to the staff at the Menlo Park branch when we had to go buy fish medicine.

Complaining about the staff being unfriendly and unhelpful. The fish tanks being dirty with dead fish in. The vibe in the Petshop is unpleasant, and you just want too get your stuff and get out of there. They refused too help me with my voucher, they said I must go back home and print my voucher and come back, before they will try too help me, I told them I will email them the voucher but they still refused.This is not the first time, I will never go back there again.

The team here is top notch. They have everything you need for your pets and find the time to be able to walk you through any concerns from what your pet fish need all the way to dietary advice in respect to your doggo!Friendly staff, great service and expert advice. They care about pets here. What more could you want?

The Worst Service I have ever had. I bought dog food from these people on a loyalty programme that gives you a free bag after purchasing 10 bags. After buying 7 bags and trying to buy my 8th I was told that the programme was discontinued and that's it.The manager then very rudely told me that I must pay for my current bag and leave his store.These people are Thieves using false advertising to get clients to return.Worst Pet Shop ever. Worst service ever.

Fish did not look healthy (saw 2 dead fish in 2 separate tanks), all their Bettas look half dead, they dont have a big variety of fish tanks for sale, when you buy a water plant they dont put much water in the bag so the plant dries out by the time you get home. Not a big variety of goldfish available for sale. Prices of fish tank pumps also higher than other pet shops ive been to. Must admit, the staff was friendly. But that doesnt make up for the small variety of fish related things for sale or the unhealthy fish stock

I received the absolute best service!! I bought medicine and then the next day I received a call to find out how my little dog is doing. She also offered to call me back with info, which she did. Amazing to see that people still walk the extra mile!

A stray cat adopted me and moved in and other strays seem to want to follow so I went to buy a cat door. I do not know much about the cats. The manager didn't let me waste money on a manual flap and said strays would figure it out. He suggested I buy an electronic chipped one on the internet as better value, and which brand. :) . No sale for him, but because of his service for no reward I bought a brush :). They will get my business and loyalty if I need pet things. Sometimes a good attitude and not recommending a sale brings a return.
