Absolutely love this pet shop and the people are very friendly and helpful.I just pray that they can start delivering to houses, especially Sherwood Gardens. I don't have a car and struggle to get the dog food to my house

Took our dog to cut his nails, when the lady almost cut off his nail bed. He was bleeding all over and was terrified and will never let anyone touch his feet again. We are disappointed as this was our last resort. You have to be able to trust these places with your pets and not have to worry about them being harmed.

Today I was at City Pets Sherwood with my Jack Russell and Chihuahua. The Chihuahua just needed a trim before winter and is still a puppy.First the white lady complained cause we didn't make an appointment, but there is no other dogs there and she is always have an attitude with us first tell me that my dogs are naughty cause they don't want to sit still and my dogs are sheeding cause we don't buy her FANCY DOG FOOD.After waiting more than an hour and a half with no other dogs there. Picking up the dogs my Chihuahua has a massive cut on his ear. As soon as we got home he bled all over himself.They will NEVER see us AGAIN!!!

Will NEVER EVER support City Pets Shewood Gardens ever again! The old lady (I assume she's the owner) doesn't know who to talk to customers. She made a mistake not listening when I wanted the booking to be made. Another lady phoned me at 10:27 asking me on a Saturday I'm I still bringing me dogs in at 09:00 that morning!!!! AN HOUR AND HALF LATE. I explained I made the booking for Sunday and I'll be there Sunday. The old lady picked up the phone, shouted at me, and then dropped the call. I phoned back to tell her she is very rude and definitely not the way she should treat loyal customers, as soon as she answered the phone she screamed YES CARRY ON!!!! She should retire!!!!
