They lied advertising that there is free wi-fi. Only to find its only in the ground floor.

Their lifts don't function and when stuck inside they don't assist. We were stuck in there for over 5 hours and were assisted by other tenants while the security guards were in their guardhouse with their heater on and with not care in the world while they knew that we were stuck.The building manager, Martin, told us that he cannot assist us after his working hours. No remorse was shown whatsoever

My home live -easy is not making my life easy.As a working single mother I find it difficult to do laundry because of their rates and how I am forced to have a stranger touch my clothes. I would really prefer having an option to do my own laundry 24/7.If doing my own laundry and using the washing line they also steal your clothes. It is fustrating honestly.When I tried using the washing facility on the other Live -easy (Main street) the building manager there chased me out with no real reason. I was paying for the machines it's not like it's free and it's not like I found anyone using the machines.If I could give zero star, I would.

Receptionists barely ever answer the phone or respond to emails.

No water and this is a copy and paste of their message to us Please lay your complaint with municipality about water issue

Fix all the lift and also remove free wifi on your poster because you know there is no free wifi in our rooms.Your place is beautiful. Please clean all the stains

20 Anderson streetThis is no doubt a very beautiful place but the fact that we constantly don’t have water is horrible. A week doesn’t go by without having water outages. If I could give zero stars I would.

Don’t bother!!! Lifts don’t work during load shedding. Only 2 lifts for the whole building (20 floors) and one or the other is always broken. Stairways that you have to use during loadshedding smell like pee and are riddled with broken alcohol bottles. No emergency lights in the hallways/stairwells so it’s dark, dingy and SMELLY. Basically we’re living like pharas.
