Car Service City - Celtis Ridge

Affordable service. Thourough check of my vehicle as well as explaining work that needs to be done and why. Also updates are provided during service. It was fast as well. Appreciated the drop off service. The driver was very considerate and event went a few kms extra to ensure I got home safely! As a female client this was most appreciated. It is difficult to order a ride service during the festive period and even if you manage you would still worry about safety. I had peace of mind!

Went to car service city other day for minor service and received good service, they noticed some things that needed attention and we decided to do the cambelt first, the part was ordered and car service city contacted my fiancee with the price of the part and installation, the only time we could squeeze in was the 28th but they told us they are closed that day, my fiancee asked if we can just buy the part and make another plan to have it installed somewhere else, car service city agreed and told my fiancee she can come pay for the part and pick it up today and car service city agreed, when she arrived at car service city they gave us a new story, for some reason they did not have the part and they appointed her to another place. Car service city told us they had the part, my fiancee drove all the way there from work only to be told they dont have the part anymore and must get it somewhere else????? This is definitely beyond unexeptable and very bad service from car service city, wont come here again as this place cant be trusted with delivering honest service towards customers.

Excellent service centre. Professional, affordable..Highly recommend.. Will definitely be using their services in the future.. Cornelius was very welcoming and helpful.. Car is running perfectly.Nice touch with adding a key ring, sweets and air freshener.

Such excellent service. My car was making a screeching noise each time I started it even after it underwent major service at the dealership for the brand. I took it to Car Service City and they listened to everything I said about when, where and how. They asked more in-depth questions about where the car was kept over night and as a result they were able to figure out what the issue was. The owner of the branch was so hospitable and down to earth. Will definitely be using them for annual servicing from now on.

Excellent service. Very thorough and professional. The lady at reception was very welcoming and understood what needs to be done. The owner also very professional and even picked me up from home once my vehicle was finished. i requested the vehicle to be ready by 14h00pm. i was called before 2pm, picked up a clean and washed vehicle. Will highly recommend this service centre. Keep up the excellent service and hope you guys grow from strength to strength.
