We thoroughly enjoyed our informal lunch at this venue which is located in the beautiful Nature's Valley just above the long white beaches. Service was very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent.We shared a seafood platter for one and it was comfortably enough for the both of us. Very good choice of beers and wines and we spent a very pleasant few hours seated in the outdoor dining area.

We walked the 2.5km to the resturant with our heavy bags after the otter trail and were met with no one. We sat down and waited a while for service. The drinks order was brought after a long wait and after watching other tables that arrived after us receive drinks. Ordered a veg burger, the bun was stale, chips were terrible and again, incorrect drinks brought. Overall terrible service, terrible food. Not a great experience after the otter trail. Also quite pricey

Most items you need in a beautiful place like this. The prices on most goods are what you would expect for a place off the beaten track. R175 for R60 braai tongs does not fit into that category though :(. And if you have anything near sensitive hearing, beware of the whistling parrot in the cage behind the counter - I normally enter the shop with earplugs.

Your sole option when looking for a place to eat in Nature's (which is probably not the best for service and pricing...)We enjoyed a pizza and chicken schnitzel and chips, both well received. Pizza's waiting time was very short.There is a play area at the back for kids, always welcome.While you wait for your food you can inspect all the belongings hanging from the tree that hikers left there who finished the Otter Hiking Trail (badges for sale inside the shop).

Absolutely Bad experience. Avoid it if you guys can. Service is terrible. Food is terrible too. First we enter no one is there to give you a seat. After getting our own seat we waited 15 minutes to someone come to us. After getting our beer order no one shows for 15 minutes. After getting beer we order truffle fries. No one comes almost 25-30 minutes. After we decided not to eat there we ask bill and he gave us bill and then waited another 20 minutes to bring card machine to pay.

The pizzas are a little pricey but definitely taste great, also definitely big enough to have some leftovers. Really nice location right off the beach.

Super disappointing with terrible attitude. We waited 1 hour and 15 minites just to be told they've run out of fish. 2 hours later we were eventually served pizzas. The Table wasnt cleared from previous guests and nobody came back to ask us if we would like more drinks. The manager told us its the 2nd of January what do we expect. Sad as it was my birthday and wasnt even brought the glass of water i ordered.

It’s the only restaurant in the town and instead of an opportunity to impress and show great hospitality it shows poor Management and service.Tables where empty but we could not be seated as the poor Management and untrained staff where unable to handle the holiday trade.We finally sat down and took a couple of reminders and 45min to get a drink. We where told they where waiting for the barmen to make the drink….a Savanna (just pop the lid)The food averageThen and not least we spoke to the manager about please not operating the generator after the restaurant was closed as it was extremely loud and made it difficult to have any peace or sleep. She agreed and the generator carried on until midnight despite the restaurant being closed for hours.An attitude like this will not serve her or her business well.

Our food was terrible. Think this place has become complacent as the only restaurant in town, and used to serving people who have been eating dehydrated otter trail food for 5 days so anything would seem good. I would love to at least say ‘cheap and cheerful’ but it’s not at all cheap.
