Really good service and very helpful staff.

I called and got a quote for a continental tyre and given a price for R1300. I asked for it to be ordered. I never got a call back telling me that the tyre had arrived. I called a day later to ask and I was told it had arrived and I enquired about the cost to fit it with nitrogen and I was told it was included. Upon arrival today to fit the tyre I was informed it is R1400. I refused to pay that and pulled out the recording for that call- which- they had insisted on but once I had the call, they refused to listen to it but just said, it's fine, pay R1300. The Manager was really confused about what was done on my car, yet, I was never referred to reception. A guy just told me to park inside, asked what I was here for and started changing the tyre! Whose fault was this when they have no process there! She was asking me names of people and which guy he was- there was many and she was so lost before she finally went to the computer to check my tyre order! Absolutely pathetic service!!! Don't waste your time here!!! Even the Manager is clueless ouch!!!

Swift and efficient and value for money. Took less than 30 minutes to replace a tyre and have wheels aligned. Collin and his team are awesome.
