Cape Flooring

I contacted Cape Flooring last year to install a laminated floor in our home. The job was challenging since the floor needed to be installed on top of very uneven sandstone tiles, so it involved levelling the floor with screet, etc.These guys were amazing - they know their products, in the time leading up to the project they clearly communicated with us to ensure we knew what would be happening and what we had to expect. They arrived on time and kept their promises.What impressed me most was the workmanship. The floor looks amazing, the skirting boards were installed with perfect angles and they ensured that even the small details (that a lot of people would not even notice) were flawless.It is now 6 months later, and we are still getting compliments on the floor and installation. CapeFlooring made the remainder of an absolutely awful renovation finish on a high, with a beautiful floor finishing my reno. The Cape Flooring installers, even corrected tiling that was badly laid by the renovators in order to get perfect alignment of the wooden floors into the bathroom, way beyond what they were employed to do, but it meant the floors now flow perfectly to all the rooms. Thanks again for the excellent service & workmanship.

I had a small problem with my laminated flooring about two years after Cape Flooring installed it and spoke to Justin. He immediately committed to fixing it with a higher quality component without charge. His team arrived a few days later to carry out the work. Cape Flooring were highly professional. They arrived exactly on time and expertly laid the laminate flooring we required in record time. All the installers were pleasant and well mannered. We were very pleased with the result. I would recommend Cape Flooring without reservation.

Floor is sinking after a couple months and trim has popped off. Contact to get them to fix it. Justin says they will see when they can make it over. I don't hear from him for 10 days and then he messages saying that they have closed down. So much for a lifetime workmanship guarantee. Fuming!
