Worst agency to rent from. Leased a property that looked like a rubbish dump, literally. Garden had heaps of rubbish all over the premises, which was promised to be cleared before occupation, this was not done until after. Fireplace was filled with ash, wood and anything imaginable and house riddled with cockroaches. Upon occupation the property had no electricity for a week. A generator was supplied but was only sufficient to run a fridge or freezer. Once electricity was sorted, we had no hot water which we had to pay a plumber for to get fixed. We had no municipal bin up until the day we moved out, had to borrow one to have rubbish removed. Agent fully aware did not care and simply ignored requests, any problems mentioned went ignored, phone calls, messages, etc do not get responded to. After lease termination and renovating and improving the property the best we were able we are refused our deposit because lightning struck the house and burnt out the gate motor which we are now held liable for. Would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy, be careful - i have proof

Worst agency ever. Negligent and arrogant handling of property matters (sales/transfers) with unqualified, negligent agents (Wanda Woolward) caused ZAR 50,000 loss and a mistakenly untransferred part of my property. Stay away from this agency.
