Absolutely excellent service!!They had the Giant product other Giant dealers could not get me. Gavin and his team are absolutely fantastic. Prior to the argus, I brought my mountain bike in for quite a comprehensive service, which they attended to promptly and expertly. There were some nagging issues (as one would expect from a complete makeover) but they were happy to address those free of charge. I would strongly recommend these folks on all matters related to bikes and cycling. They are a true embodiment of the communal and commitment aspect of cycling. Cheers!

Guys are extremely helpful and always willing to help - without fail going the extra mile each and every time . Unlike many of the other premium" brand stores in the CDB where you are treated like cattle and basic customer service is out the window. Good on you GIANT CAPE TOWN."

Shocking service, Staff is completely incompetent and slack. Bike was sent in to be rebuilt and the shop did more damage then anything else. landed up having to take my bike to a different shop who replaced the rotor and brake pads which were damaged during the build due to poor workmanship. Avoid at all costs.
