They took my ring for repair and have never returned it. I turned it in in October 2022, and it is now April 2023. It's a R23,000 ring. This is theft plain and simple. They don't even have the courtesy to call me or email me back. Don't ever buy from here, they are criminals.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! The service is non-existing at any of Arthur Kaplan stors. Not even ine contact number is working and no response on any emails.I will not recommend this retailer for any thing. Really don't buy from them!
