We haven't been to the Waffle Co before and absolutely loved it. We sat on the terrace on a cool day and were offered blankets which we were happy to receive. View is stunning. Food was great and was good value. Sure to come again.

This review is 3mths late so apologies for that. I had a craving for your delicious waffles and super friendly vibes today so had to make sure that I posted these pics from my visit there, with my niece & my sister, in December last year.The kiddies play area was a lovely surprise and the staff & manageress were just so warm and kind, we really felt at home there.The waffles: ScrumptiousPortion sizes: GenerousPrices: ReasonableVibe: Probably amongst the friendliest we've experienced in Kalk BayDefinitely going back soon. This was probably my most disappointing dining experiences in over a decade. We ordered two half-waffles: one savoury (lamb curry) and one sweet. You'd think that the waffle would be cut in two and the savoury on one and ice-cream on the other, but no:the first half-waffle arrived 50 minutes after we ordered. The second half-waffle arrived 20 minutes after that. We awkwardly watched each other eat, whilst observing the same situation playing out at other tables.Advice: the menu is cluttered with far too many variations. Trim the menu down to just 2-3 options, and then focus on becoming excellent in just those. Staff need customer service training and whatever quality control disaster is playing out in the kitchen needs a firm hand. Waffles should be crispy like soft toast, not this spongy nonsense.

What you will find here, hidden off the busy main road is a really cute spot, nice spaces, a great view, friendly staff, and....really light and fluffy waffles with some very original and interesting combinations of toppings! We enjoyed our time, I recommend!

I was there for my birthday, staff were very friendly, view was stunning and food was great too. Thank you Stacey for the great service and thank you to the very bubbly manager for going out of her way for making my day so special! Would give them 6 starts if I could!

The setting, overlooking the harbor and the ocean, is to die for, the food absolutely mouth watering. Great value for money. We found a great Waffle place.

Such a pleasant experience. Waffles are fluffy with crisp edges and delicious decadent toppings. I shared one with my husband and it was filling. My 2 rowdy kids went from being loud and playful in the kids play area to quietness...when I glanced over they were preoccupied decorating their waffle before smashing all its deliciousness. A hidden gem that needs to be shared with all. Go visit them!
