The initial interaction and setting up of contract was great with friendly service... but its been 2 years and ive been struggling to get the contract from them... i've sent numerous mails requesting it... i was told to come and get it at their offices but i have to make an appointment to pick it up... more than months later and i still have not heard anything... and ive asked again and again. very dissappointed, and ive sent all my friends there because we had such a good initial experience. turns out its not so great
