Good morning. Yes I went Into the book shop yesterday. Service was good employees very polite and very helpful.

I e-mailed them documents to print, and they charged me to check their e-mail in order to retrieve the documents!, This is the year 2023, If you have an internet connection, it does not cost you anything to check your own e-mail in order to print something for a customer!.

My kids love the PNA stores, we can't pass one by. We have to go in and see what is new, what is great and what daddy can buy.

We're loyal PNA customers, but normally use the one in East Rand Retail on North Rand Road. We've been to this one 3 times now. We're giving 2 stars because on the last occasion we were very disappointed with the supervisor on duty.We were about to purchase 2 leather organisers worth R670 each. One was shrink-wrapped, while the one had no plastic wrap as I suppose it was a display unit (thus was dusty and hand fingerprints)...Asked the sales lady for a possible discount on the display item, and she directed us to the supervisor.The supervisor flat out refused even a R50 discount, and opted to lose a R1300 sale. Jeez!!! I even gave him an opportunity to call whoever he needed to call to check, but he just said nope!

They have a very wide variety of items and plenty gift ideas as well. A little bit pricey but good quality.
