This agency is by far the worst property agency I have had the displeasure of being serviced by(...this coming from someone who was refused service of the same nature by yet another Bloemfontein property agency on the basis of my race)! I would never recommend anyone of African descent to work with or through this agency! Terrible service!

Offers no security from the actual land owner and takes no responsibility should the land owner decide to violate the terms of any agreements regarding the property and takes no responsibility for any property damaged or STOLEN by the actual land owner. Contracts made out by Jawitz only apply to the tenant, the landlord is permitted to break as many terms within the contract as he pleases and may do so with impunity as JAWITZ will support this regardless of the contractual agreement and take no action and will issue threats against the tenant should the tenant have any complains about the contract being broken. I have had my furniture damaged and thrown out in the dust and had items stolen at the same time along with the terms of my contact violated, instead of Jawitz correcting the matter, they threatened to press charges against me for reporting it but instead of having the spine to carry through with their false charges, decided to attempt causing trouble at my workplace by making false accusations.This company is unprofessional, immoral and dishonest. They are also spineless and unable to adhere to their own contractual agreement. I would not recommend risking a contract with them

Very bad service.Agents and office doesn't answer when you call and the agents are not helpful.
