It's been a while since I've been blown away by outstanding service. Vishal and his team responded to my broken garage door spring and within 45 minutes he had his team arrive at my house. An hour later and my garage works perfectly again. Highly recommend

GaraTec were the real deal, came through and fixed my garage the same day - within 3 hours of my call.The technicians worked quickly and neatly and also the work was very reasonably priced.

I phoned after hours and the team arrived as promised at 09h30 the next morning. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient guys - Gift & Sidney.They repaired and serviced my garage door. Really excellent service.

Called yesterday regarding a garage door they worked on 3 months ago. No response regarding what day and time will they show up and still no invoice given. Horrible service.Update: the owner calls to swear at me because of this review and does not apologise for the inconvenience. Do not use this service.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO VISHAL'S INCORRECT REPORT BELOW:(1) We ordered WHITE doors not OFF-WHITE. You admitted you ordered the wrong colour doors but refused to pay for the proper colour to be installed and asked us to pay half. We have it on record that we ordered WHITE - so not sure why off white was installed.(2) We probably had 20 builders on the day the garage doors were installed. Soon after your guy left, my husband and I were able to take a proper look and realised OFF WHITE had been installed not WHITE as ordered. We called you straight away. You took a few days to come and confirm the incorrect colour was installed.This was your error when ordering. You know we ordered white and should have confirmed white was installed. DO NOT BLAME YOUR CUSTOMER FOR YOUR ERROR.Shocking service. We ordered a white garage door. The team installed a cream / light green door. When we pointed out the error - Vishal says that we must pay half (R4,000) to replace it with a white door. This is crazy when we were sent a photo of a white door and ordered a white door!!

I've dealt with this Company on several occasions. Not only are they scrupulously honest, the owner guarantees his work beyond the manufacturers guarantee. Once I called for some a service to be done on the garage door, the owner did not charge a call-out fee because he was already in the area. There are some great people around and Vishal is one of them. Thank you

thank you for the effort that you put into my query. i has a discrepency with my insurance assessor after bumping my door and bending it. Vishal and his team were amazing the way they dealt with it and showed that they really have their clients interests at heart. I'm sure this company will be around for a long time.

Highly Recommend. Great service and I didn't feel ripped off. I phoned and they came out nearly immediately. I phoned a week afterwards because my door started to stick (unrelated to the work they did) and they fixed with no charge.
