Bought some quality furniture from some very helpful friendly staff. The guy behind the till is awesome. Clearly loves his job. Great job guys

Waterfall mall Rustenburg failed to delivery my TV stand and now it seems I'll have to fight for my refund as well because I was told I'll get it last week Thursday and I'm still waiting. Poor customer services from the new manager and she doesn't care to communicate with clients .

AWESOME furniture...

I went to get a quote from UFO waterfall branch and ask the salesman when will I receive my furniture - she told me you can have everything by next week Tuesday as we have our deliveries every Tuesday. I went home and did an eft and got confirmation from them that my furniture will be delivered and installed within 7 days. After the 7th day my items did not arrive and a called in and was told that the furniture must still be delivered. I have been staying in a house with no furniture for 2 months, not even a bed. The furniture started coming in one by one and each time I was told to pay delivery. After 3 months I am still waiting for some of my furniture and they do not know when will it arrive.
