We confirmed a special before we arrived only to be turned away. Typical. Poor service! Don’t lie, you were not there,we were upset, i have 7 other people who can confirm we did not throw a tantrum! The advert did nothing to say it was for one day only! Hence we confirmed telephonically before we came. I accept your apology but saying your customers are throwing tantrums is evidence of how much you care about customer satisfaction!

The owner is hands on, service was excellent. Food was served on time, no waiting. Lahori kebab and Coimbra chicken was our order, enjoyed it thoroughly. This restaurant is highly recommended.

I ordered the istanbul platter it had the most delicious kebabs I have ever tasted and the lohori chicken was juicy and succulent and that basting omg simply the best chicken everything that i have ordered from the address their steak rolls, their prawns has so much quality and the flavours are unmatched thank you for always serving such a delicious meal best in durban!

The Address restaurant in Durban is an outstanding dining destination that deserves a seven-star rating. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and every detail was meticulously crafted to enhance the dining experience.To start, the Pizza Pane and Kebabs were simply divine and cooked to perfection. Each morsel had a burst of flavor that tantalized my taste buds.The Lahori kebab served with chips and naan was also a standout dish, and I couldn't resist having a bite of the Saucy Coimbra Chicken and chips which was cooked to perfection.The service at The Address was attentive, friendly, and personalized. Our waiter was knowledgeable and provided recommendations based on our preferences. The food was delivered promptly and just the right temperature.Overall, The Address restaurant in Durban is an exceptional dining experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect date night spot or to celebrate any special occasion. The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and top-notch service make this restaurant a seven-star dining destination. I definitely can't wait to visit again!

Roti was the size of a side plate for R30 with a 10ml cap of green sauceChicken for R290, was tiny, was told by manager all chickens are between 800 to 900 grRice was not cooked properlyDefinitely wont be ordering from them againManager had a dont care attitude

Love the new party area. We were seated there for our ladies function. Food was superb. First time we had tasted the chops on the hot sizzler. It was so good

Excellent service. For starters tried pizza pane served with kebaabs . Main was Valencia Peppered steak served on a sizzler which was done to perfection.

What an AMAZING place to have a good dining experience. You have to let the guy there do the selection, but I must say go hungry because you will be begging for more their food platter has everything you'll need, every food item has it's own unique taste experience. From black pepper steak to Portuguese chicken, lemon butter prawns but their lemon butter has it's own unique taste. Unfortunately I could not take anymore pics of the food could not control myself only managed to take a picture of the starter. It is definitely a place I would go again was a memorable experience.@mushinlunat
