The Auto Lounge

In this day and age where everything is considered disposable it is refreshing to deal with a company like The Auto Lounge. I had what I considered a minor accident but on close inspection by the repair company the vehicle would be unsafe without considerable additional repairs. The new parts for these additional repairs would have made the vehicle a write-off. I have been a pensioner for 15 years and there was no way I could afford an equivalent replacement. The owner Eugene went the extra mile, and many more, to find used parts that were both safe and cost acceptable. Eugene’s concern for my satisfaction, especially the safety of my repaired vehicle, I believe is unique in the vehicle repair business. His constant reassurance that he was keeping our best interest at heart and his determination to do so is most appreciated as he offered to help wherever he could to contained our situation and obtained a viable solution for every problem that popped up.This company has shown great empathy and workmanship to make our lives as easy as possible. A huge THANK YOU to The Auto Lounge, the owner Eugene Stephen and his staff. We certainly recommend The Auto Lounge to everyone who needs vehicle repair assistance and highly professional service.

I have sent people to Eugene and his staff at The Auto Lounge before but I was close to drying when I got my car back. Thank you thank you thank you for making my car look better than it was when I bought it. I have been driving around with the damage for so long. Damage that I didn't even cause myself. Eugene came and did a quote at my premises, the price , the service the workmanship and the love and care they put into their work is phenomenal. Wow, what a great experience dealing with Eugene. Very friendly, very professional, really took care of my vehicle and fixed it up so quickly and brilliantly. He also took the time to diagnose a few other issues for my vehicle and supplied costings for the repairs on those items as well. I will be using The Auto Lounge again! Thanks Eugene!

Awesome service from Eugene and his team who did some touch ups on a venter trailer of mine.It's a business with a good ol fashion business ethic and customer service. Most of the time you find the owner on the floor checking work himself.

I am very satisfied with the service that I have received there. Eugene has an amazing conflict resolution strategy, My car was there for bumper fitting, and the process of getting the perfect bumper was not easy, but they pulled through. My car is like brand new now. They have been updating me on all processes, so I will recommend them to people who value their cars.

The team at Auto Lounge were beyond helpful and friendly. They constantly kept me informed of my vehicle's repairs, either via sms or calling personally. (Update) to 5 starsWe took the car back and they managed to fix everything. The car looks much better and they gave us a rental car for the 2 days. Thanks for the service!(Old Info)Good service received from them. They were not difficult when dealing with insurance and extra payments. We did see a few things in the car that was out of place that was not part of the repair. The hood of the car also looks uneven but I am not sure if it's the new part or just not well aligned. The rest of the car works perfectly so the job was well done.
