I had the worst experience. They make it nearly impossible to do business with them due to the registration process which adds no value to the process of having garments branded. I called twice, I entered my details on the website twice and still have to call again only to find out one must register before they even look at the request..My advise to them would be to make doing business with them easier.regardsOckert Fourie

As businessman, for me, today was unacceptable, very poor showing from your staff, no accountability, blame shifters. Ive been in customer services along time, i know what it means to bend over backwards for a customer especially if the fault lies with you. You did nothing to assist, just do better. Ur customers make you. Very disappointed, esp coz i know ur management and they have always strived to make their customers happy

Unprofessional sales team, poor communication skills. Received incorrect quote twice and was asked to pay. After realizing, somehow the incorrect quote had the correct amount according to sales person. Customer service is absolutely poor. Don't care attitude of staff. The team is an absolute joke...jaw dropping to be precise. Nothing is important. Nobody cares. Incorrect prints even if you supplied the correct design. Word of advice - Source a different supplier. Questions don't get answered. inconsistency of receiving orders...specification of what is required by the sales team differs with every order. If you are looking to start a new business, please stay away from this company as they will assist you to fail.

Instead of addressing an issue and getting back with a resolution the manager is yet to make that call. Unhelpful and unfriendly, admits to misunderstanding then has no idea on resolution - VicBay has become a nightmare to deal with.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 1 Direct to garment print on the 10th of August and I only received it on the 28th. I had to call the place repeatedly to get my order going. Once I received my order it was a size Large when in the email I sent it was a Medium shirt I ordered. NEVER EVER order from this disorderly company. I would rare 0 stars if I could.
