Terrible experience. I was referred to Automagic Selby by my insurance company. They had my car for 1 week (from Monday to Monday) to fix a very small scratch at the back of my vehicle (a total are of 6cm as per the incident's description). When I collected my car, I could see a solidified drop on the repaired" area without even having to touch it. They proceeded to take my car inside their garage and "polish it" with a liquid. Friendly staff. My car was once fixed there and I was happy with their service.

I went to the them two weeks ago for a quotation for my vehicle. Till today I haven't received nothing, not even a telephone call. From my first experience a few years back was excellent, unfortunately this time around its poor.

After two days of calls and WhatsApp messages no one even came out to view my car for a quote. I even sent pictures at their request and did not receive feedback or a quote. When phoning them to cancel, they just said “okay”.

Quality of work was perfect, service wasn't amazing, didn't go the extra mile when we needed them to. Would I go to them again, perhaps but may not be my first choice.

If you've got other options, please do opt for them, they ddnt do things right the first time on car, had to go in for the second time...

So not happy with the current service at all! Timing is everything guys. Initially when I brought my car after the accident I was given an estimation of the 22nd of September for it to be fixed, then was told there were certain parts that were delayed and I mean I understood because I was told that they had been waiting for these parts too. Then my due date was moved to the 1st of September of which I absolutely understood then I was later told that my car will only be ready by the 06th at least because the parts they had been waiting for finally arrived at a later stage than they expected. Now I'm being told some other part is on backorder and I really can't anymore. I currently use Uber as transportation to and from work which is way too expensive for me.i mean I've been patient the entire month but still it seems my patience is running out because this is too much money I'm spending on transport the more they delay. I'm so disappointed, I'm a second time client and first time around everything was quick but now I'm super disappointed because I had high expectations for them. This is unbearable and I still have to produce an excess amount on collection of my car while as is I'm running dry due to other transport alternatives I have to make because where I stay taxis are quite a distance from my place so I need to request for transport nonetheless. Not sure I would recommend anyone to take their car here because they keep postponing dates and I was looking forward to driving my car by Wednesday but still now I should wait for items on backorder. I don't understand why all parts were not ordered at once so that end of the day I have 1 full report about what's available and what they're still waiting for instead of only seeing glitches and facing hiccups only when that particular part is needed. I'm truly sooooo exhausted, disappointed and financially drained not to mention how traumatic the accident on its own was now I have to deal with this a full month later without my car!!!!!!

Auto Magic are truly Magic. They are the most professional body panel beaters that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The repair on a difficult metallic colour is absolutely perfect. My partner is a perfectionist and when rates the work as PERFECT, you must believe that the work is perfect.Congrats Auto Magic on getting the very best review that I have ever given to any entity ever.
