Terrible,Terrible, Terrible service. The one girl burned my mom's head with boiling water,and her scalp is super red and after she apologised she gave my mom a damp cloth and laughed as if nothing happened. My mom is still in pain and we informed the receptionist and even though she apologised, my mom still had to pay for the wash. This is the 3rd time that a clients head has been burned with boiling water yet they do not make any effort to fix their taps. This is unacceptable if anything happens to my mom im holding you guys accountable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please teach your staff to feel the waters temperature before washing a clients head and stop hiring amateurs. Pathetic service.

Exceptional service at Salon Jean Paul parow. I recently visited the salon and was placed with a stylist named Amber. Loved her, she knew exactly how to do what I want. Since I've been there I see a huge difference in my hair. I am most definitely going to see her again.
