i was at your restaurant in Mega City on Friday the 14th. I was totally disappointed as i was not offered a table where by i had to go inside to ask the waiter for available table as the place looked full and the tables which available were very untidy that waiter only took out the bottles and glasses and did not at least wipe the table. I was not offered a menu,they did not offer me anything to eat or drink till my date arrived after 20min, when she got there she asked for the menu and was told to go fetch it herself as she knows where the menus are. This is not the kind of service i would recommend for any paying customer.

The waiters there don't serve us well, the service is slow. You take 15 good minutes to order and an hour to get your food even when the restaurant is empty. The food is nice though we had ants in our bottomless cocktails.

Visited the place today with my family and had the worst experience ever. Place was not that busy but the service was almost non existent. After waiting for an hour our food came ice cold on hot plates. We asked to speak to the manager and it seemed like he did not want to meet with us. After 10 minutes of waiting, he finally came and stood near our table without introducing himself or saying anything. I had to get up and go to him. There were two waiters serving 7 tables. I am sure I would have had an better experience at Chicken Licken.I will honestly never sit my foot in this place again. It is a disgrace to the Mugg and Bean franchise.

The overall place was just fine. Food was great, perfectly plated and presented. However they did not have some basics.There's still room for improvement though. The waiters did well.

We often breakfast here over weekends. Waiters know us by now and how to process our Discovery coffee rewards. The are friendly and our service has always been quick and efficient. The waiters know the menu and can give information when questioned about ingredients. They once even changed the background music to something we requested when the restaurant was quiet.

The GPS will surely take you to the wrong place. Just enter the mall by Debonairs pizza you will find Mug and bean.The service was poor and the kids menu rices aren't what you get billed from the tellers just check that when the invoice arrives.The food was delicious but had an after taste oil like, it was bad. Perhaps the plates weren't washed well because I was not was not eating oily food.
