Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.The room was neat and clean. I took a chance and did a walk in and he was very accommodating. I had my helix pierced. I would recommend highly.

DIRECTIONS: Finding the place was tricky because Maps took us the wrong way. The place is situated directly across Lua Cafe, right next to the fence that closes off the road. Just come off Michelle Avenue and there's a gate right next to the closed road. A bunch of other corporate buildings are within the area as well.EXPERIENCE: Lovely experience! Went with my mate for some piercings with Kyle. When we got there, we didn't even have to wait, and as we entered the piercing room, Kyle had his instruments well prepared and cleaned. What a nice guy too! Calm, reassuring...I got a septum and it hurt for a second and subsided. My mate got a helix and 3rd lobe; a gun was used for the lobes and a needle for the helix. Pleasant experience overall.

Total professionalism. Always a pleasure getting a tattoo done here. Flying in from the UK just to have a tattoo done by Duran and Kyle tells you just how good they are.
