Om Yoga

Om Yoga Studio | At Om Yoga we create a safe, non-competitive space for kids, teens, children with special needs and families to help bring balance, awareness, health and happiness into their lives. We offer classes for kids 3-6 years, kids 7-12 years and Teens 13-18 years as well as Family Yoga. Our classes offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment, breathing techniques, mindfulness and mediation. We are committed to connect in a heartfelt way with each child, so they feel safe and free to express themselves in class, and to experience play and focus without worrying about being wrong. Yoga is beneficial to children of all ages, but particularly so for Children with Special Needs, at Om Yoga we provide integrated yoga classes designed to increase cognitive and motor skills in children with learning and developmental disabilities.
