We stayed as a family here for 2 weeks and the staff looked after us so well. Special mention to the Front of House staff, Faisal and Amanda. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and right next door to the Workers Club for a good meal. The breakfast at the Mercure was very enjoyable. Would recommend staying here.

We Spent 6 nights at the Mcure Blacktown on a holiday from Melbourne, we found the staff to be very courteous, friendly and ever ready to please. The breakfast was sumptuous and cost very little and there was so much to choose from.I recommend anyone to give it a try, the prices was very reasonable too compared to lots of places..I give it 5 stars, thank to all the Staff for taking such good care of us..

The location was excellent as we were attending a function at the club attached to the hotel. The room was good, bed was comfortable and everything was clean and acceptable. The only problem was that we were charged for breakfast aven though I twice checked that breakfast was included as I am Accor Platinum. I was charged on my card and had to ring to have it reversed. Normally Accor hotels will email me my tax invoice except this time they didn't. I also didn't receive my nights stay and status points to my account, this is now becoming an issue because I don't have a receipt.

Was Travelodge, now Mercure. The hotel is attached to Blacktown Workers Club and you easily walk through one into the other. Excellent service from the staff. Room service is limited, but has some nice choices. Comfortable bed, although we had to request an extra pillow.A lovely stay and we'll return.

Worst place ever. When my partner booked it he thought it would be a nice romantic place to stay but it turned south real quick. To start with they refused to let us check in out without a credit card but yet let another person check in with their debt card. The elevator was a death trap, used the stairs all weekend. The bedding was awful bed sheets didn’t fit. Toiletries in the bathrooms were empty, they don’t like giving extra toilet paper. Good luck working out the TV. Don’t use the fridge unless you want warm items. The absolute only saving grace was the room service and how close McDonald’s is. Staff are not friendly couldn’t even get a smile out of them. House keeping will ONLY make the bed (poorly) and give fresh towels. That is all. Oh and we paid for a queen bed, got stuck with a double. Not worth the money we spent!

Spent the night here a week ago and I must say I was impressed. I slept so comfortably and in the morning I had the buffet breakfast which was delicious. The staff here are very energetic, young and ever so polite. I will be back. Thank you to Steven and Ollyvia for making my stay ever so comfortable. I felt like I was home and highly recommend it.

Basically told the non functioning heating/cooling is just fine and dandy" booked in for a long stay after Novotel West HQ won't extend in the Sydney rental crises. Lazy robbery exemplified Accor group"

If i could give them 0 stars i would!!!!!!! We booked and paid for 3 rooms - 2 queens and 1 King. On arrival our rooms were over 2 floors and there was no king (we were instead given a twin and then upon complaint a queen). When we approached staff we were told they could not accommodate rooms together as they were full (after we specifically included this in our booking and rang directly days before to ensure they could accomodate this). As for the King we were told they don’t have kings at this hotel? When asked why it was advertised we were told that’s not their problem and there is nothing we can do about that - we asked for the difference to be refunded and we’re told they can’t do that .. 3 weeks later and still waiting for a call back. 2 of the rooms we received were disgusting and looked like they had received only a basic clean (the floors, shower, toilet and lounge were filthy we didn’t need to look further). As if this wasn’t enough our evening got worse as we then had 2 separate fire alarms go off between midnight and 6am leaving all guests outside in the cold for approx. 30 mins each time. I would expected the hotel to contact guests post this experience however nothing we were not even asked to complete a post stay review. Still nothing after our complaint and request for a call back and credit for the room we never received. Even after lodging a complaint to head office we have received the run around with a 'we have referred the matter back to the hotel you stayed at'. We were in town for a funeral I did mention this to the staff at booking and then at arrival - it made no difference Accor are simply after money I will never ever stay in another Accor hotel and I will tell as many people as I can to do the same!

Wonderful place to stay, all the staff are super friendly. Breakfast buffet is great. The location is also convenient just near the M4 motorways.
